Our white bread (Pan Blanco) comes in three different kinds. Bolillos are the Mexican "French bread". Teleras, not as commonly known in the US, are used to make "tortas" - the Mexican submarine. Pan Espaol is like a buttery dinner roll that comes in different shapes and sizes. Desserts (Postres) | | Our desserts range from Tres Leches cakes to Choco-Flan (chocolate cake with flan).
